Tupac's BMW Being Auctioned at $1,750,000

As most are aware, Tupac was murdered in 1996. Looks like the vehicle he was murdered in, a 1996 750iL, is being auctioned off at $1,750,000. Thought it was pretty interesting, great looking BMW in my opinion. Looks like the bullet holes have been repaired, which I think takes away from the value. Still pretty wild!

I frankly don't see the premium.....when I can pick one up for less than $6K.

Obviously it should command a premium, but is 1.74 million a realistic valuation of intrinsic value or just a symptom of the fed's loose monetary policy?
