Not to be funny, but if BMW made a minivan they would make an ///M version (like the rumored x6-M and x5-M)

Hahaha. That's pretty funny, but I wonder if this ploy will work.

There wasn't a market for the Magnum, why the hell would there be a market for a sporty Caravan?

While i agree that a caravan with a big gas guzzling engine is prolly not the best of ideas, i do think that a caravan with slightly different paneling is. There are tons of guys that have to share the minivan with the wife (not everybody is able to have 2 cars, 1 of them being a BMW). The retooling costs to include a model with different paneling shouldn't be that high. Adding a "sport" version could help some guys and women who are "too cool to drive a minivan" purchase their product over a competitor. Now, I definitly dont agree with the thought of making this vehicle an RT version with a Hemi (if it has one).

And wasn't the Magnum a hit for a couple of years?

But those aren't mini-van's.

If bmw ever made a mini-van I'd sell my car asap.

there has always been an R/T version, it is all cosmetic...

BTW I hear that mini vans are the greatest thing ever to happen to parents with 2 or more kids

I could happen. MB made the R class which is pretty much a van. I don't know how well it's selling but it the van segment is doing well BMW might just enter it (although I highly doubt it would be profitable).
