Go on....try some. If you're used to high doses of caffeine (i.e. espresso) this will only melt your face off and make you want to run in circles or lift heavy things. |

The decline in coffee consumption is proportionate to the increase in alcohol consumption.

On the subject of caffeine, I have increased consumption dramatically during quarantine. I just slammed two energy drinks and have some coffee brewing right now. I think I have a problem |

I most definitely have a problem. I'm around 900 mg/day.

I pop a fat burner (300 mg) in the morning in the first 5 minutes I'm awake. By the time I get out of the shower, I'm laying scorched earth behind me. That lasts me until lunch, I have an energy drink then, another 300 mg. Around 5:30-6:00 pm, I have pre-workout about 30 minutes before my workout. By 9:00 pm, I'm done.

Why are you plebs even bothering with this weak caffeine stuff? Just suck it up and smoke some meth.
