Who would buy and wear these boots for this price?
http://www.eluxury.com/estore/browse...sp?id=11998339
It seems like a lot of people because there are only two sizes left so far. The street bum look is now acceptable. Maison Martin Margiela Steel-Toe Destroyed Boot $1,145.00 |

Even the Salvation Army thrift store wouldn't sell something as bad as that. You could probably buy a new pair of boots and go find a homeless guy who would gladly trade you for his beat up boots.
Rich people who want to look poor. What's that about? |

please, this is hardly different than faded or distressed jeans I'm sure everyone has in their closet, lots of friends that will pay hundreds for a pair.

just speculating. But why would anyone want to pay good money for torn up jeans? I keep a pair of old jeans around the house for doing yard work, car washing, painting, etc. Same thing with a pair of old shoes. |
