Your warranty is with the manufacturer (Microsoft) if you got your unit from Best Buy, I think you have 30 days to return it.

Not exactly... like three months after I bought it, the thing dies and i went to best buy, and they handed me a brand new box and let me keep my old hard drive... FOR FREE! But that was about a year ago.

I used to play on my friends PS3, rofl my name was cumshot... My best was like 43 and 3 @ ambush.. weapon of choice M4a1 with red dot and LMG w/ grip... extra ammo, penetration and overkill

yea...if your bestbuy expires....warranty is under microsoft
plus if you use your american express to purchase the xbox...they'll extend the warranty

I play COD4, but only on PC.

I absolutely can not stand FPS games on a console. The whole notion of trying to aim with a joystick is just wrong, imho.
