I never understood the super high performance SUV, and leaves me thinking how much better it would be if it was a car.

My thoughts exactly - to NOT have the car for this level of performance and engineering effort? I get ALSO having an SUV, but to do only an SUV?

still badazz tho

Or how much better it would be if it were a wagon! Oh wait.....that would be the RS6. But it does look good though. Kudos to ABT!!

It's pure excess but there's always a buyer given how many uber wealthy people there are in the world who want to flex/have the best of everything they buy.

These are just gonna sit in bumper to bumper traffic on the 405 in LA.

People buying a lot of something doesn't change my opinion and I am fine with you liking it.

You need to own of those to understand. There is a growing market for high performance SUVs and for a good reason. Perfect vehicles, really...
Basically, cars should be reduced to high performance SUVs and dedicated sports cars. Every man should have a high performance SUV as a spirited daily driver and family car and a 911 Turbo S or similar for weekend fun. Sedans, wagons etc. need to be eliminated.

Still kind of contradicting to your argument of SUV's and sports cars only though..., but ok.

Yes, I know. In all honesty, I don't even need an RS7.

Love these. And the color too! My wife has had a few Q7s and both a 2017 and 2019 of the current body and really liked them. The Q8 and this RS are great evolutions to the Audi SUV lineup.

I respectfully disagree. Sedans and excellent daily drivers for the average guy. Practical enough for daily use, more fun to drive, and more stylish than SUVs. Every household certainly needs one SUV, but I don't know why there needs to be two.

Btw the RS7 is a sedan, even Audi USA's website classifies it as one. It's essentially a far more stylish A6.
