Front of the rear tires, the well, it gets drilled from the rocks spitting out of the front tires.

Same for the rear, so on the leading edge of the bumper behind the rear wheels.

Agreed. Especially with wider tires and spacers. The few side chips I have are from the front tires throwing rocks.

I'd do that too. I'm running little carbon pieces on the front that catch some of the rocks which helps behind the fronts but I'd prob still ppf there if I had to do it over.

Wouldn't hurt, but I think the rear is more important, as the front tire rides over stuff it flings directly at it. I don't think you can go wrong doing behind the front tires.

I installed these on mine, you have to drill them to put the OEM push pins in, so you can adjust them to stick out more or have them more discreet as you want them.

And yes, the rocker panels behind the front wheels also do get blasted with rocks.

My car had less than 1000 miles before I had to have a paint fill. Trying to hit my break in limit on country roads and came upon an unmarked 7 miles of gravel with nowhere to turn off. Absolutely wrecked the rockers and area right behind the front and rear wheel well. After that I PPF’d the entire thing. Wherever you don’t put the film it will for some reason become a rock magnet in my experience with other cars

Garage List
I had my full front end done. Bumper, hood and fenders all the way to edge of the front doors, and the full rocker panels. My car is in outstanding shape after 1.5 years.

I got mine from RW Carbon. I think I've seen them a couple of other places too.

Just made these templates up for the area in front of the rear wheels, obviously cut from black vinyl to demo the coverage. Do you think it is large enough?

I will cut it from PPF later, as well as a section below for the side skirt.
