Consider a recent version of Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop Elements. Both are inexpensive and have the majority of the functionality of Photoshop for a small fraction of the cost.

Bibble seems pretty interesting. I haven't tried it out yet but it's received some good reviews.

I just download GIMP and its okay (Ofcourse it can't be compared to Adobe lol) I just wanted a simple program to edit my pics. Anyways whats new in CS4 than CS3? I have CS3 a work right now (just got it 2-3 months ago) I hate it when they change hot keys.
