If you can't borrow a DA machine it would be cheaper taking it to a body shop and paying for an hours labour

Once the paint is corrected, you might revisit how you wash and dry your car, as that's the highly likely source of that type of scratching. Also be aware BMW's dark metallic paints are fairly soft and unforgiving; invest in ceramic coating to protect the clearcoat, as well as practicing some of the wash/dry techniques discussed in other threads in the forum topic.
