The Perfect Chip

Summer is here as are vacations, road trips, etc. Since ordering the best foods online is a thing - I'm curious - who makes the all
time best Salt & Vinegar Potato Chip?

I’m sure it’s not the best, but I love Trader Joe’s salt & vinegar chips.

I've tried many as my wife is a fan. We both agree Boulder Canyon has the best. Not too salty and sour, just the right balance.

Hope you don't mind if I recommend a different kind of chip. These are Irish cheese and onion and are the best chips I have eaten. I love chips and my daughter got these for me. You might try them. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

PS - they also make salt and vinegar.

Some tasty looking chips - the Vickie's brand has priced me out unless I'm searching for it in the wrong place. I've ordered the Irish salt & vinegar chips, since they are 1 day delivery (evil), I couldn't resist. $12 = high expectations

Keep's coming - 11 he drive to nc coming up soon - and I hope to lose at least a couple different brands of chips down the side of our volvo suv's seats during the drive

Will definitely try the boulder canyon brand if I can find it and I've already had the trader joe's brand - which is fantastic.

It is a 3 pack, though. Hope you enjoy them. Let us know if you think they are worth it.

Salt & Vinegar is definitely my favorite. I get my fix from this small family owned business.

Utz has some variety in the northeast. I've been meaning to try Hal's New York chips, but haven't seen them in our local stores yet.

I'm liking our new local restaurant's house-made chips. They are kettle-cooked with no added salt, which is great for someone on a no-sodium diet.....

I have to keep the sodium down as well. Chips are my exception and I don't have them too often.

A 3 pack of kids school lunch size bags ... my fault for not checking. I guess in Ireland they don't fill their chip bags up with air first, because the little bags were much more full of chips than we have here.

They had a nice slightly sweet, but most salty and of course sour vinegar taste that was really nice. I'm not sure if they were the best I've ever had, but they were certainly nuanced on a higher level than normal

Glad to hear you liked them. Yes, I should've mentioned that the bags aren't big. And yes, they cost too much. But they're from Ireland. lol

PS - worth it to me for once in a while.

Bought a couple of different brands [on special 2 for $5.] to try-out. I'll compare them later.

I like Kettle Brand. Their jalapeno flavor is great too.
