I wonder for 1$Mill car, if it could be repaired, 1M$ F1 McLaren F1s are repaired when they crash and some have crashed pretty badly.

Probably not. If he really wanted to get rid of it, he could have sold it prior to the flood for most likely more than the insurance payout.

Yup Rowan Atkinson crashed his F1 badly and the rear end with engine separated, the car was repaired at the factory at huge expense with replacement chassis I believe.
