What's a good camera for recording inside the car?

I'm going to the PCD soon, so I was wondering what are some good cameras to mount on the headrest? I don't need a dashcam. I want something like a GoPro where I can attach it to any metal rod or similar. I definitely want 4K recording and 60fps if possible. So any members have any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with this "mounted camera recording" market so I was wondering if there are competitors to GoPro.
