Blackberry repair

The 'end' button on my Blackberry won't work and my provider won't replace or fix it. Besides getting a new provider, does anyone have an idea where I can get the Blackberry fixed?

Thanx in advance

if you bought it new within 1 year, rim warranty still might cover it. When i messed up my phone, i called them and they sent me a replacement within 2 days (i use verizon).

I have verizon but didn't sign up for insurance. They want $450 to replace my Blackberry. Do you have a number for RIM? Thanx

RIM will be even more expensive. I suggest ordering the parts from CNN.cn and doing it yourself. It's really easy.
