Is it possible to fine tune an active m suspension on a bmw x1 2023 to make it less rigid so that it takes bumps better?

change to smaller wheels for more tyre sidewall and mount non runflat tyres

Besides the modes, as commented, wheels and tyres are your options. What are you running?

I am running on the m sport package (adaptive m suspension) with premium essential package.

Lower your tire air pressor and throw it in comfort mode.
