Broken sunroof rubber

While washing the car, I noticed that one side of the sunroof rubber of my X4 had broken a bit.

I'll get it repaired, but wondering about the urgency of it and if it would nbe considered a warranty item? It certainly happened through normal operation and the car is only 15 months old.

Thanks!

I'd imagine that would be covered under warranty. Better a broken sunroof rubber than some others....
