Has anyone ever use a ceramic paste wax on top of a ceramic coating? If so, what’s your beliefs behind it?

I would stick to the same brand ceramic spray as your ceramic coating. Unless you just love waxing there is no benefit over the spray.

Sort of…. I was told Ceramic coatings was more acceptable to water spots and an extra layer of anything would prolong the life of the coating

No wax or spray is oging to have better properties than the true coating that you laid down on bare paint. Keep it clean, leave it alone.

This is technically true, but you're going to be making a trade-off. If you top your coating with wax then you're going to get the repellency of the wax for a while, which is generally worse than the coating except for resistance to water spotting. The real issue isn't when it's fresh, it's when you have a layer of barely functioning wax clogging your ceramic coating. It won't cause any problems but unless you are struggling with water spotting I would probably not.

Some people like having that sacrificial layer over a coating. I personally think coatings perform better without a topper. Unless you get something like kamikaze overcoat.

Gyeon has a ceramic maintenance spray product called cure which claims to “ increase the durability and enhances both gloss and repellency”.
