Your car wash products.....

Ive always used ValetPro Citrus Pre-Wash, and the AutoGlym products (snow, wash, etc) to clean my car.
The pre-wash stages don't do as much as I would like them to though most of the time, so just interested to hear what products others use as I'm nearing the end of my pre-wash and would like to see if there is anything better?......

CarPro Reset for normal wash and Ech20 for rinseless.
Cars are all coated with UK3.
When drying I may use Elixir or Ech20/Reload mix for drying aid.

For the wheels I use Meguiars Hyperwash.

Garage List
Griots has great products. Have used it on my fleet, currently 6, for decades.

I've been a huge fan of carpro products

here is lineup

CarPro Lift - High Alkaline Prewash - foam on dry dirty car then rinse.
CarPro Reset - Typical maintenance wash (foam on rinse off) + contact wash.
CarPro Hydro2 Foam - use this as a sealant, foam on and then high pressure rinse off. This gives 3-6 month of protection.

I'll also use chemical guys wash for contact wash/foam (for maintenance wash) the chem guys stuff provides great lubrication, but i don't feel it has much cleaning properties...

i ceramic coated by car back in oct 2016. Its well worn off by now.

However, since i only hand wash it myself and its mostly garaged, it stays fairly clean/swirl free and the hydro2 foam gives great protection considering how EASY it is to apply.

Last summer i also polished out and sealed the paint with some left over jeff's werkstatt polish and acrylic sealant as well.

I also use Sonax Wheel cleaner on the wheels (spray on dry wheels) let it dwell for 7-8 min then pressure wash off.

CarPro Lift works well as a prewash, specially in a foam cannon. but you can also spray it on using a spray bottle etc..

They appear to be doing a BOGO for a few days. Potentially a good time to try stuff or stock up. They seem to eternally be doing a sale of some sort but half off is definitely better than most.

Bilt Hamber Touchless and Auto Foam are best all around for prewash. Forensic Detailing has a comparison test. A lot of the, "prewash" soaps don't do anything except make pretty foam.

I have a mix of Griot's and Chemical Guys. I like the CG for my foam cannon and Griot's for pretty much everything else. Especially anything with a ceramic additive.

Great stuff here, I would be paranoid to let it sit that long. Then again I never really have to use it on my cars, my daughters 328 is a different story.

I use Meguiars Wheel Brightener first then a Sonax follow up because of the cost factor.

That dwell time is when the wheels haven't been washed in a few months (due to winter etc).

Sonax is expensive, but i've found a big jug of it lasts me about 2 yrs. and its a 1 step cleaning...

my wheels get scrubbed as part of the contact wash, by this time the Sonax has removed majority of the brake dust.

I also make sure to keep my wheels regularly coated

used to use Gyeon Wet Coat, now the CarPro Hydro2 Foam is my go to...

Good protection always makes the next cleaning easier!

I like Griots. They are a semi local company to me so I try to support them. I like their synthetic clay also, way easier than traditional claybar and similar results (at least in my limited experience).

I've been using Meguiar's Gold Class on all my cars for over a decade now. It's been solid for me and it's always readily available.

Been using AMMO for years. Larry’s videos are extremely educational and products are top notch. Having bottles of the same size and color also calms my OCD, lol.

I posted in more detail here, but to mention, really loved ONR and everything I’ve used from Griots so far.
