ok. I was running in I-390 around Rochester, NY today.

I was just about speed limit and few mins later, Lexus IS300

came right behind me and keep forcing me to speed up.

So, I did his favor. I finally made little more then 130mi/h and

got fucked my cop's damn laser device.

We both got pulled over on the side way and I felt terrible.

Cop walked to me and asked "where are going with 130 mi/h??"

I was like "Officer, I really did not mean to speed. I swear the God.

that guy, Lexus IS300 was keep forcing me to speed."

So the cop was " Oh yea??" and he went back to his car with

my drivers license and insurance card.

The cop gave me the ticket for "disobay traffic device..."

And Lexus guy got the full ticket for making 130 miles/hr on 65.

I actually feel so crazy now. really happy.

And here is the question.

I got ticket by disobay traffic device. what is going to happen to me??

how much for fine??? any point for that???

You are so lucky to not be in jail for going that fast. No judge in their right mind would let you go on that charge. Stick with the spped limit or if you must drive fast stay in a group. The cops did you a big favor by not sticking it to you! Have no idea about the disobeying traffic device. Sounds maybe like a lessor speeding ticket.

Yeah this surprises me. The Lexus did not get a speeding ticket and a spend a night in jail? I would think going 130+ in a 65 zone constitutes wreckless driving.

not necscarly! Ive been ticketed at 124 in a 55mph zone and just paid the ticket a week later online! I didnt try to fight that one I just paid it and got 1 point on my record for 3years!

Because other then that possibility I cannot for the life of me understand how you didn't get a speeding ticket and a night in jail. That is the worst excuse I ever heard for speeding, yet somehow you were relatively unscathed.

Make up your F N mind and pick a speed.Don't speed up just because someone is about to pass you.The interstate system is not some kind of racetrack.You have a problem if can't let other people pass you.

If you were going 130, how long did it take for him to catch up to you? A while i would say. Was it a statie in a camaro? Even so I would think it would take a while to catch up. if you are doing 130, and he just pulls out he would have to go 150 to catch you i would think 20mph difference at least 2 minutes. Unless you slammed your brakes as soon as you knew you were fucked. Hell i would have kept going and got off the next exit not letting him see me. Still cant beat the radio. But if they pick you up 2 towns over and they dont have a plate they cant proove shit.

U sound alot like me bud!! If your already going over 100mph and see a cop ur just plain stupid to hit your brakes..I always acceclerate even more and dice in and out of traffic and bail off the freeway at the next exit. go get a bite to eat or go to a gas station for about 5min and im good! Hop back on the freeway and ill guarantte u that cop is miles ahead of already on another call!:rocks:

yea ahah. whats the point if they are so far away anyway. Thats what i do get off somewhere and chill for a while. They cant do shit unless they prove plates.

wow man 130 in rochester, thats pretty crazy, im from the syracuse area and im gonna guess it wasnt a trooper that pulled you over otherwise the both of you would be sittin in a jail cell right now, well your lucky, disobeying a traffic device, i dont even think thats a moving violation lol

ok. the Lexus was right behind me for whole time. about 3ft from me and

he turned his headlights on in sunny day. luckly, cop saw that.

I still can not believe how i got out of trouble.
