When viewing the above thread on my Samsung Android phone, after scrolling a few times the app 'reliably' crashes. I've cleared the app's cache and data, rebooted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed the Bimmerpost app, all to no avail.

This seems to happen on any thread with lots of pictures but the LOL thread is the most likely to do it.

Any suggestions welcome.

Well I can tell you I have a new version coming out most likely tomorrow that I believe will solve that issue.

But actually before I release it, I can do one more test.

Can you tell me which page you are on when it crashes?

On LOL thread page 270, it crashed just now. Hope that helps.

Thanks for that. I just tested out page 270 and it’s working smooth as silk. The new update is coming out today for android (and hopefully today/tommorow on iOS depending on approval time).
It’s a good update with massive performance improvement and 0 crashes because of pictures

It’s so much more stable now and really smooth. Can’t resist jamming in some last minute extra optimizations. Of course I go ahead and blow up the news push notifications in the process… but it’s coming very very soon
