We attended the Goodwood Festival of Speed today and headed straight to the BMW M stand for the world premiere of the new G90 M5!

Our first time seeing the car in the metal, and I have to say I've come away impressed, and I can't wait for our car to arrive in a few months. Certainly a few changes we'll be making!

We were lucky enough to be right next to Franciscus van Meel as he discussed the latest M5, and then Imran offers his initial thoughts too.

What’s your take as BMW experts on how the car should be optioned? Obviously you’ll just take the Ultimate Pack, but should a “normal” consumer value the CCB and the Carbon Pack on a car that won’t be tracked?

In the U.K. we’re quite restricted with what we can order as it’s all package based.

Ideally wanted glass roof and CCBs but they required the ultimate pack.

I love BMW now more than ever. BMW has become so popular that it makes many people mad and sad. With all this popularity, the saying 'dogs bark, but the caravan moves on' suits BMW very well.

Hasn't anyone heard there is an CLIMATE CRISIS?!? Why on earth would one want a monster super sedan when we are all doomed? Shouldn't we car buffs be driving Teslas and Prius's to save the planet? When will this madness END???
