Allocations and Production Timelines

I was curious if those lucky G99 fans that have already received their allocations and production week schedule could share when your order was submitted and what is your production week schedule? This would give the rest of us still waiting for allocation, an idea of where we may end up on the schedule. I've seen someone mentioning week 20 a few days ago, I think this is the farthest week I've heard of so far..... This would be for G99 not G90.

Thank you all in advance!

Next Level Auto Brokers have 3 at MSRP - no waitlist. I don't know if they are changeable but worth an ask if you want one sooner.

Thank you for the tip! How are these guys being compensated, via bank kick backs if leasing? Looks like their process mentioned exclusively leasing option only, I'm not looking to lease or finance......

There is a fee that you pay Dan (Next Level's Owner), I think it's $599. I wouldn't imagine he would care if you purchased the car, but I have only ever leased from him. Good guy, honest and trustworthy - I know he sells a lot of cars on this forum.

I am assuming this is for the G90 not the G99

Oh I see, it was a broker. I assumed it was a dealership and they were claiming 3 allocations

I placed my order mid September when order books opened. I got my dealers first allocation mid to late November. My car’s production date is March, so hopefully it will be here mid-April.

Maybe by that time we will see some incentives.

Was number one on my dealers list.
They received their allocation on the Friday in November, when all the dealers got theirs.
That afternoon, I placed the order.
I was told it was a March build, so I expected to see it in June.

I hope checking on it daily on the website will help reduce the waiting time. Haha

Just talked to them. They confirmed that they have 2 allocations at MSRP with earliest production in April. Claims that going w/individual color will push the production out by 3 months . $800 broker fee plus another $700-$900 if you want it to be delivered to your door. Dealer is somewhere in southern states.

Would the ind color really push the schedule out by 3 months?

How do you check on the website? Do you need a vin?

I don’t know about Canada, but for US orders you just need a production number to add the vehicle the “My Garage” on the BMW USA website.

My ind color got approved Monday...prior to that I was a week 20 build...just called the hotline and they are showing week 19 currently..so if that has been updated it really didn't move my build at all.

That's good to know thank you!
I don't get this relationship between this broker and the dealer. It's not like a broker "bought out" allocations and now selling them. I assume this would simply be a referral to the dealer and they are asking $800 for it? Additionally this means that the dealer or several, are sitting on unclaimed allocations while we have in some areas a line 5+ deep.... Doesn't make sense.

You can call and hit zero a few times, if you have a production number they can give you your production week. Your sales person can also give you the production week.

When given the opportunity to explain what you need help with, just state “Vehicle Production Status” or “Production Status”. Usually it will then ask for your production number, and you can hear an automated response on the current status of your vehicle. Or you can ask to speak with an agent and they can look up the status of your build using your production number.

Interesting, I would assume they would lump a lot of these individual color G99s together but looks like we are currently about four weeks apart.

My dealer told me a March Build Date.
When I called the genius line, the automated attendant told me my build has no production date.

Well, that sucks.
