I HAVE A 2025 X5M60i , loaded $116k ... BMW is buying it back because they have installed 3 Brake units ..... all of which have failed .. they also cannot get the WIFI to work after 4 Replacements ( Needed for full Functions ) so Im going M5 for the replacement .. Here is the Dilemma

The dealer has 2 Units

One is Isle of Man Green with the Sky View and no Advanced Driver Assist $1700. White Interior BMWind ( IVORY ) its gorgeous. No one knows the answer but maybe one of you have real world experience ... Does the Included
Active Driving Assistant perform smart Cruise I.E. follows car in front and brakes? ... care less about SELF driving in ADA PLUS .... but need latter as this is the daily !

The other is Metallic Black / RED Leather .... all carbon and 10k more but has every option ... I just am not sold on the carbon roof with leads to a very dark Cabin ... last option is custom order , but need now for tax write-off ! really like the sky roof ! and not that much carbon for 4k

White interior is headache.
No matter how much effort you put to maintain, after a year you see the driver seat looks different from other pieces.
The second option looks great to me. Yoh pay 10k more but you have everything…. And CF roof is a MUST for M cars IMO

If the vehicle does not have the $1,700 Driving Assistance Professional Package but DOES have the $650 option called “ACC Stop & Go + Active Driving Assistant” then I think it will do what you want.

The $650 option maintains your desired speed and the distance from the vehicle in front, brakes your BMW if needed, and drives off again automatically. It also keeps your BMW in the middle of the lane through active steering interventions.

It does not have the $650.00 option so I guess thats the answer .... the Green will not do it .... :-(

You can ceramic coat the seats to protect them. Modesta makes an outstanding product for this. I have it on my R8.
