New Frozen Grey G90 M5 Picked Up

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Just picked up my frozen grey! My original order has been stuck at the port in Germany for over 3 weeks now. Got lucky and found an identical build at another dealership.

First impressions:

1) Car is an absolute power beast. The instant torque available at start and after 3rd gear is reminiscent of my previous Model S.

2) I've only done a few hundred miles so far but the power IMO negates any weight issues. Very planted on curves and turns.

3) The interior especially the red seats are absolutely eye popping.

4) The car is definitely a head turner. Already have had several compliments. The frozen grey really makes this car look even more aggressive.

5) I was afraid I would be severely disappointed by the exhaust note from the outside but the cold starts actually sound pretty damn good!

Congrats! Great decision, agree on every point except exhaust note, it’s below my expectations. Can you post a clip of a cold start?

Can you describe the comment regarding instant torque at start and after 3rd gear? What happens in between? Is it all electric, which I would assume would be instant torque.

I think this car needs this or a full exhaust

I hit my M1 button pretty much as soon as I get into the car. I have M1 setup to dynamic plus. The cold start is pretty satisfying.

It's still very reactive in other gears but I feel the instant torque more in 1st and 3rd. I've only driven a few hundred miles though and most of those miles have been on dynamic or dynamic plus.

As far as i know that is the same risk with secondary cats and axle back
If they wana deny for exhaust mods they will deny unfortunatly regardless if axle back or secondary dps
They still have to prove it though
