My completely transformed G99 M5 with stealth PPF + window tint! delivery 2nd time!

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Amazing transformation from dark graphite metallic (sophisto grey in some market) with Xpel stealth full ppf ! Almost identical to deep frozen grey … but fully protected for brutal stone chips in the winter here in Canada … plus saves 5000$ of bmw individual paint !!!

I was about to make a rude comment about how stealth wraps are tired and played out... but that look is absolutely amazing on your G99!! Menacing and suits it perfectly.

Beautiful car. I'm jelly. Enjoy!

That looks great!

Are the side reflectors PDF’s too? They still look gloss, but it could be that that plastic material just looks different.

And on cost were you about break even between BMW frozen paint vs the cost of the PPF?

Reflectors have been tinted gloss 35% to mask how ugly orange they are lol
Full ppf is more expensive than frozen individual color but then the whole car is now protected whereas the frozen paint if your scratch it then it’s a pain to repaint because you cannot polish a frozen finish ! So frozen paint plus a ppf protection is way more expensive then

Very clean, nice job....although I think the all black wheel option would have made it even better.

Bronze wheels will look amazing.

I’m hoping that the performance wheels will eventually be available in bronze.

Love the bronze with IOMG.
A local wheel shop is going to take the black 951M wheels on our IOMG G99 and powder coat them bronze.

I normally stay out of people's personal choices but I'd seriously consider 21s for more sidewall, and HL rated tires for the extra weight. I would think 22s would get banged up quickly and tire wear would also be on the extreme end with XL.

I have 22s on the RS6 that I'm pretty careful with and I've had a number of bulges and a couple of bent wheels in a short amount of time.

Either way, can't wait to see it!

XL alone doesn’t really mean much. The load index number is what is important. I’d look for something as close to the stock load rating as possible.

Yes but then you still have to fully ppf the individual pint with another 8k$! As with the harsh Canadian winter with lots of rocks on the road you cannot let the frozen paint unprotected as it cannot be buffed/ coumponded/polished ! You have to repaint !
