I’m having trouble with the app. It logs me out literally seconds after I log in. Help?!

Ol I'm looking into this right now. Are you using the android or iPhone version? Can you make sure you are in the latest version which is 6.9.6

Ok so you had a space after your username, not sure if you wanted that on purpose or not but I’m thinking that was the reason. I removed the space. Let me know if things are working for you now? You wil have to login again

This is happening to me too. It allows me to login, but as soon as I click on anything else, I’m immediately logged out.

Which version are you using? If you tap the avatar icon at the top right and then scroll to the bottom it will tell you

Also did you first register using the app or the web site?
