What to do with old jewlery?

I have a Tiffany & Co. necklace that my ex got for me when we were dating. I have no use for it now, what should I do with it? Its engraved on the back so I don't think I can sell it, unless you guys think some weirdo would want a necklace with some date on it lol...

does it just have a date on it?

in that case take some chick out on that date, and give it to her like you mean it! may have to fix a year, though

Talk to a jeweler and see if they could either polish out the engraving or fill it with gold so that it doesnt show.

Craigslist, ebay, or just pawn it. You could try taking it to a jewelry store and see if they can remove the date (since it's gold it shouldn't be that hard).
