i just bought this @ amazon this morning. i think for the price its a winner.

Looks pretty sweet. Hell, it even does high-speed 600FPS, so you can do 1/10th speed playback!

i was between a few hd camcorders and went with the sony HDR CX 100, im sure both are great i love mine, have had it for about a week now

yeah it shoud without problems, get some fireworks on video to see how it responds to low light and such with the noise in field
