anything wrong with my driving?
I was doing a U turn. there was a Toyota Corrola on the road which I wanted to merge to. He was on the right lane.
when you doing a U turn, you always merge to the very left lane first. But after I merged to the left lane(edit: after I did the u-turn), I saw him in my rear view mirror, very close. He nearly rear ended me! then He pulled back to the right lane and pointed the finger at me. I was like WTF? What's your problem? afterwards, I think He might be busy checking his blink spot while he wanted to merge to the left lane. But I was already on the road! If you made a U into the left lane (#1, counting from center divider) you have a far better turning radius than most.

If he's explaining what I think he's explaining, he was probably executing what we call a "Michigan left" where, at a major divided intersection (right off the top of my head I'm thinking State and Eisenhower in Ann Arbor for example), you can't turn left, so you have to turn right, then U through the median back through that same light. I can see what he's trying to say now... Maybe he wasn't actually executing that maneuver, but I get it. I think.

i usually wait for all cars to pass before i make a u-turn. if i see a car coming up, even if its in the right lane, ill wait until i know im 100% good. people are stupid and i dont want to risk them switching lanes for whatever reason
