NO Xplode
One word.....Wow.
This stuff is incredible....I had insane energy and power after todays workout...felt like a totally different person. It gives you the power to pump out that last rep when your muscles would normally fail you. I was debating between buying this and Jack3d but I'm glad I went with the NO. I guess the only con is it makes you heart race in the beginning, until the effect gradually wears off an hour later. For those who take it: do you experience the racing heart as well or is that a bad sign that I shouldn't take it? FWIW I used two scoops with 10oz of water. |

Don't you think the rapid increase in heart rate answers a bunch of questions?
Hey, if that is cool with you. A friend of mine used to pop this and drink that in college before and after workouts. Frig'n specimen of health....got cancer and is now gone. From all the supps? I don't know, but they creep me out now either way. Soap box talk over. Carry on. |

a few of my friends used to take a supplement that is now banned. Pretty popular in the early 2000. Made his heart race like crazy. Now they all have have panic attacks/anxiety attacks.

I switch beween NO-X and Jac3ed. The NO-X is a better value IMO but the jack3d gives you a little more energy. I've also used Cold Fusion EX and the feeling I got was sort of a mix of the other 2. With all of them, your body will adjust to them and the rush you feel the first time will fade.

^ He moved to Texas from Maryland and I met him then in college. After graduation I moved to D/FW and he had a year to go and we lost communication.
Another friend was still there and told me about it. It was brain and liver. This was years ago and he fought it for two years but finally lost. Kelly was a swell dude too. He munched on those "boost me up" pills like candy. Forget the brand and name but they were full of guarna (sp). I tried them and did not like the ratty jitters they gave me. |

I'm going to continue taking it and see how my body adjusts....hopefully the heart rate decreases while still providing energy. And to the other poster; Your friend got cancer from taking supplements? I find that odd, most of the ingredients occur naturally within your body. Either way, the pump I am getting from this stuff is absolutely NUTS...I'll be cautious though. If anyone can provide any research on this supplement regarding it's health impact I would greatly appreciate it. I don't want to get myself sick, either. |

By no means am I saying it was from the supps.
I just got creeped out because he ate them all the time and his hands were always twitching. To me, that is just not right. I think he threw the directions for "safe" amounts out the window too. Now, I only drink water at the gym and milk/banana/yogurt/berries when I get back. Do I wish I had more vroom at the gym? You bet. But the way I look at it is when the old bod say's "I'm done", I'm done and I call it a day. |

I'm no doctor but i think when your heart is beating fast it isn't a good sign unless its all natural adrenaline. My cousin was telling me about this when stacker 2 came out it just made your heart rate go up and could lead to long term problems, i took his word since he is a health nutritionist

I used to take No Xplode and it was awesome, however I found that a small cup of coffee does the same thing for me, except that its a shit ton cheaper. I say drink a cup of coffee about 30 min before a workout and your good to go

I take NO-x with great results initially training for my Century Ride last year... but learn to let go for a while since the effects of it produce little results if taken frequently.
Word from my wise trainer friends is use it a month and let go of it month for better results and yes it is a little pricey

I take it and yes, you have to build up to take increased strengths. I was off it for a while and took a 2.5-3 scoop load and was all fucked up. Jittery and shitting like mad plus sweating. Gotta be careful with this stuff. It does make a difference in the gym and when doing biceps my forearms feel like they are going to burst out of skin. A good product, but follow the directions precisely.

i found the experience of taking No xplode similar to drinking an energy drink like Rockstar. It helps you to be more energized during your workouts, but eventually the more you take the supplement, the more your body gets immune to it and has less effect. I only take No xplode now when i'm just tired and need a boost at the gym.
