I think the rag is designed to obscure the plate # -- but only the last digit?

BMWinNorthdakota - that's no M5 and they don't claim it is. But you're right, it is funny. Or more accurately, it's a little sad. That car has been used and abused.

Wow. It looks like he let his 5yr old son do the gucci wraps as well. I know he got the fake fabric in china town. But at least it was freshly resprayed the same color as his honda.
