Why the lack of non-sponsor enforcement?

Jason/Mark,

Being 'Moderator' cut off my PM privileges, I had to post this here. I did not renew my sponsorship with your site because of the lack of preventing non-sponsors from advertising their services on the site. Just look at the thread below, and you can see two such examples of people who freely advertise on this site without being forced to become sponsors.

Eric, you're right about these posts. We are trying to prevent non-sponors from commercial use, but may miss some posts or threads. For this reason, I'd like to encourage you and everybody else to use the report button on such posts in order to draw our attention to it. Thanks!
