So the F01's interior just had its ass handed to it. Wow.

Exterior looks...awkward. Cool headlights. Front end reminds me of an alien. Rear is cool.

weird angular light design on the DRL's... Doesn't really fit with the rest of the car. Kinda bland too, would much rather do the new 7 series. I dont know about everyone else here but Audi is really taking this LED lighting thing a little too far, its on the mirror caps now too, you know what they say, too much of a good thing...

I thought that the rear was more of a widened A4, but nothing too wild. Actually, this is more of a facelift to me. As for the interior, I really like the ambient lighting. But I have to say, after sitting in a 750LI, I was blown by the interior design and quality. I'd say they are about even. Also, they need to give the V8 a boost, or actually boost it. Their flagship should have a more powerful engine. That 4.2 needs a rest after being used 11+ years

Wow that thing is hideous. Looks more like a facelift than a new car. Not feelin it. Audi has been using that same horseshoe grill for too long I think time to change up the shape. Interior is pretty slick though

the concept rear looks much better

overall a really awkward car as most described...least they live up to the interior standards... i like the current gen A8/S8 a lot more..

Well I've driven a 750i (and sat in a 750li), and think it has a solid interior with great materials and build quality, however I think the design isn't fitting for a luxury sedan. I feel like they took the traditional BMW layout too far, making it simply feeling like a tarted up 5 series cabin. This A8's layout seems more fitting for a large cruiser. The touch pad is extremely interesting too, even if it might turn out to be a gimmick.

I think the headlights are another point of interest, and not because of their design. It seems that this is Audi's second all-LED offering; a sign that all-LED headlamps are slowly making their way into more mainstream offerings (note how the traditional xenon lamps are still available, and without the awkward cubic secondary row of LEDs).

The rear is underwhelming. The concept sketches looked perfect though. Check out the plaid seat patterns while you guys browse through the gallery.

One thing you have to note is this: this A8 is at least offering some features that pique our interest. The F01 impressed me with one new feature: the side view cam.

It's too conservative for an Audi. I saw the early prototypes drawings and that plus the concept of the A7 give the opinion of something exciting but alas it couldn't be further from the truth.

Interior quality is top draw, think Bentley and you wouldn't be far wrong.

P.S.
Did you all notice the weight advantage against the main competition.

200lbs lighter the equivalent 7 series RWD and 400lbs than the x-drive version, 50lbs light than the S-class RWD and 200lbs light than the AWD version. Audi's quattro system is not only more advantage than both these but it's also much lighter.

Wow, exterior design is extremely weak. I am disappoint, Audi.

Interior is nice, touchpad seems neat...whole interior looks like it'd be in a Bentley or something. Audi finally cleared up that mess of buttons that all of their interiors have, or at least made it look better.

I honestly prefer the styling of recent Audis but of late, namely the A4 and now the A8 I actually prefer BMW once again. Isn't it amazing how the departure of Bangle has changed one person's opinion.

lol, that's actually a fake rendered 5 Series. I think the real deal looks even better.

Yeah I knew it wasn't exact but was pretty close to the real deal and was a more side on shot then most others that are genuine.

Still a much better looking car.

The A8 is ok. Nothing that amazing. I guess the right word is conservative.

will have to see it in person. Love the interior and Iam sure will eventually mellow towards the exterior, but IMHO, nothing comes close to the W221 S-class in terms of road presence. The only way that I notice an F01 or this A8 would be at night with their splendid display of LED lights. But in all honestly, the refreshed W221 also comes quite close.

That thing just looks weird. Audi's lights look horrible!!! They don't flow with the rest of the car's design theme at all.
