Just because the car is stolen, that does not mean that they had to drive it way. They could have loaded it onto a flat bed and scooted away with the car. If a car is getting placed on a flat bed, most onlookers don't pay any mind.

Because a stolen car can not be sold or used in European Union. The only solution is to send it to russia where the law and police isn´t that accurat. Two mounths ago they stole Ferrari in our city... Or the ither think they can do with the car is they just sell it on parts, but it makes sence for some high volume car and not a 4door M3 ?!?

That is not what he meant by the Eastern Europe. THe Czech Rep is a part of EU, that changes things dramatically (as he explained above)...
Anyway, there was a reason I asked...not to learn geography of my backyard.
Thanks.

I bet Skoda is stolen more often...

Regarding your BMW, sorry. If it was insured, you'll get a new one though, won't you?

Whole BMW stealing trend comes from the BMW. About a month ago some hackers hacked to the key codes database or so and now the thiefs can make they own key´s based on the BMW official codes... Donno if this is the case but that is why the X5/X6 are top of the range.

THX dr325i just one thing Slovakia not Czech Rep

Skoda? Only if it's new(ish)...

Attractive brands get stolen all the time.
New cars get stolen all the time.

No one steals old cars that are not an 'attractive brand'.

Unless they are useful... like a combi, or a mini bus, etc...

(please, no examples of "well I saw X or Y get stolen... ". EVERYTHING gets stolen *eventually*.)

I actually know of someone who bought a car, and then banged it up and spray painted it... so no one would steal it.

I can't say I agree. The cars most often stolen are done so in order to sell their parts. The most stolen car is a '95 Civic, hardly attractive

LCI = Life Cycle Impulse. The E9X M3 has not had the LCI yet so your car is by definition an M3 before the LCI. sorry about your loss.
