Mine is an '08 335xi coupe. My phone is a Motarola RAZR running S/W NEWC_01.09.02. Here's the problem. BT worked fine for the first 18 mos. then suddenly phone numbers began disappearing from the on board phone book listing. Tried all the obvious: disconnecting, deleting the device, re-pairing etc. etc. No change, numbers still missing. If I delete a number, the list updates correctly. However, if I attempt to add a number, no joy! The numbers that are being dropped have no obvious pattern or characteristic, other than the fact that they are the numbers I call most frequently.....like HOME. Any ideas on what's going on? Suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.
