What do they call german vehicle modifiers?

I dont think ricer encompases all modified japanses cars, just ones that are done without any taste at all.

i refer to ricers as cars that are modified like crap and have no performance mods
for eg: a civic with disgusting bodykit, painted badly or not painted at all, huge exhaust, dropped on cut stock springs instead of aftermarket, stock rims, ugly paint, huge ass wing, plenty of vinyl/decals and of course the ever so important stolen identity badges

as a matter of fact, 2days ago, i saw an old e320 benz with AMG badge on it lol! the exhaust was hangin, there's no bodykit and the rims are stock..thats what i call ricer

They surely have a BMW plant in Steyr, Austria, but they also have one in Shenyang, China. Or Rosslyn near Pretoria, South Africa. Or Spartanburg, you know where. :P

Find a feature from Germany, not from other country.
