If KBB is $2600 then offer him $2200
Never buy a car at KBB value and never ever buy a car over that value lol Otherwise, go for it. Looks nice

Yup, definitely, just don't see too many clean 91's ya know? Just want to make sure there is not a huge known problem, or something specifically i should check for with e30's

I own a '91. Had it since 85k and running strong at 170k now. Vehicles are known to run 280k+ with little issue. Much more reliable than any of the newer BMWs, but know that on old cars things need to get replaced.
If shocks haven't ever been replaced, do it. Check HVAC belts. Check for moisture in passenger footwell. Gauges work? Fuel pump should be replaced by 150k 325i's timing belts need change every 60k

check the oil gaskets. I tried to buy one of these once and it blew a gasket when it was being delivered.
At the time I thought I was lucky, but the owner ended up donating the car. I should have just offered him $500 and had it fixed. |
