Timmayfest 2010, an huge BMW meet, May 21, 22, and 23.

The point of this meet is not only to drool over all of the fine automobiles there, but to finally meet the people behind the screen names. TIMMAY77 has put together many local events, he just thought it would be fun to have a meet where EVERYONE could attend:USA, Mexico, Canada, even Europe if you guys feel like flying over the pond. TIMMAY77 has also invited people from other BMW forums, since he am a member on several sites and forum.

Aside from collecting donations to help fund this event, which is COMPLETELY non profit, We are trying to raise money to donate to The Make-A-Wish Foundation(tm). Any funds left over from this event will be donated, along with anything we can raise.

TIMMAY77 has scheduled a DJ for some tunes. So everyone can oogle over cars, chat, and talk shop all day. We will be bringing our mobile dyno and will be doing custom dyno tunes on cars as well as a bunch of other thing's. Please contact us privately for more information.

TIMMAY77 also has a mobile detailer lined up for car washes and what not. This saves the out of town guys from searching for a car wash.

A few of us plan on gathering at a "gentleman's club" if anyone is interested in joining us. Please contact us or TIMMAY77 privately for more information. He can also offer suggestions for places to go for those looking for a more relaxing evening.

Sunday 5/23 -
The dyno tunes will continue in the morning, and throughout the day. For those that are still around, we will be back at the venue to hang out and visit some more, before bidding our traveling friends farewell.

- btmlinedan, a member on m5board, is an AMAZING photographer. He has offered to take some quick photo shots for people given we can find a nice backdrop close to the venue.

- TIMMAY77 has some small banner type stickers made "Timmayfest 2010" for anyone who wants them. They cost $3 each to make, so he will be charging $7 (mailed to your door), all profits will be donated to the charity.

- havasusteve03beast another member on m5bored is also working on getting some T-shirts made, awaiting some prototypes. He is currently quoting a price of $13-15 per shirt.

- TIMMAY77 will also PERSONALLY arrange transport if needed for those who wish to fly into Columbus, to be sure no one is left out. he is sure getting a ride to/from the event won't be an issue as long as they stay at one of the hotels listed below.

- Caravans are highly recommended. TIMMAY77 did this last year when heading to Atlanta for 4ngiefest. He stated that the caravan was almost as much fun as the meet.

- Marcus, (m5moving) a member m5bored has also invited a few MB AMG's to come to help with the costs of getting the moblie dyno there. Marcus arranged more than enough to have them show up, so it is a plus for us. Again, please contact me if you are interested in getting a dyno tune.
