Given that she had something like 52% of the votes and there was no
catching up, I don't see why you are not including her. I am guessing
Jason terminated the category based on some posts that followed here
and there and not with the catefory itself. And at the end of the day
I don't see what was wrong with it. It was quite clear I believe what

And a big thank you to ThreeThirtyEye for organizing it all from the guidelines thread and the provided promotion signatures, to the time consuming effort of putting the threads and polls together, and for keeping tabs on each category throughout the process.

oh well, didnt win any award, but i would not think of it that i lost, i would say i got 2nd place twice, 4th place once and the last place in a BIG catagory

i'm just honord that i was nominated for many caatagories

and i think that i got my award of "best thread" by the replies and thanks i got in the original thread, that was more than enough for me

congrats everybody, winners and nominees, the awards were very exciting!! and unexpected nominees rised in them

and it was said before, but i must say it again:
very special thanks to Ray (ThreeThirtyEye) for his huge effort for tha awards, he was the idea man, the moderator and the worker of the awards

hopefully will have the awards every year from now on

Nikki - that should let you know how good an eye you have. Remember - it's not the equipment, but what you can do with it (wait, we are still talking about photography aren't we?)...

Next year though, when you reach 2000 posts, I have a sure-fire way for you to steal first place: in your next video/flash compilation, just add a slideshow of ALL the girls in Asiann's thread

To the winners, I know the awards iare not much, but at the very least you guys know how we all feel about you. Looking forward to all your contributions/posts in the coming year.

To Threethirtyeye, thank you for coming up with the idea and for development and execution. Admittedly and in retrospect, they are major things we could do different for the next one, we were in uncharted territories but we live and learn.
