What do you guys think of the new M56? Looks pretty sweet to me!! But a very high price tag.

Looks good. Some people cannot justify the price for a German car so it's a good alternative to a 5er in terms of performance.

See how sales go and it could be a good bang for the buck alternative.
I just have trouble with it's all over the place exterior/IMO. The interior looks loaded. Some people cringe at the Panameras lines. This cars are even more blurry to look at for me. Doing something about the 4X4 stance may help it's looks.

Yea that car's exterioir does look to be "all over the place", but what is certainly out of place is a square grill on such a swoopy looking car. Not sure where they were going with that.
On the plus side, I do like the trunk better than the Panamera. Porsche failed with that one. I still can't make myself like it.

You really have to sit inside this car to fully appreciate it. That interior is a work of art....

The interior really is incredible. I like how they've incorporated a bit of the GS's rear roofline extension; back seat legroom is really nice. I didn't get a chance to see the trunk, so I'm unsure if it suffers the same setback as the GS in that respect.
It needs a drop and, oddly enough, looks worse in black than most other colors (subjective of course). Dunno why that is. |

I've looked at these and would certainly consider one if I were in the market (Already have my next ride planned out). The exterior lines I think look best in softer colors, like a beige or silver. The interior is fantastic. Infiniti has always had great interiors (err, within the last decade) and this one shines. The wood, "silver brushed", looks fantastic - I'm a big fan of wood dashes and this blows most out fo the water.

I never knew how much they looked like the Panamera, interesting. I really don't like how the Panamera looks, but the m56 from pictures looks pretty nice, I want to see one in person.

It looks like a plush toy, too many bulges everywhere. I also dont like that 3rd window near the C-pillar. Looks out of place, but I know its to reduce that blind spot. Still looks like an afterthought.

If they don't put that there, it'd look like the GS, with a chunky and awkward rear 3/4 view. It's one of those damned if you do, damned if you don't sort of scenarios due to the roofline. However, I don't really think it looks that bad. It would look better with shadowline instead of all that chrome though.
