I have the 9500ix and I love it. You can't go wrong with the V1 or 9500ix.

you guys know this is for radar and laser protection right? lol

radar detectors cant do jack shit against lasers. so the v1 answers are stupid.

OP, if you want the best protection, use the a radar detector like the v1 and 9500ix and the laser interceptor together.

The 9500ci have them together, but the k40 pay for your ticket if you get one.

I have a friend that use one k40 for 3 years and he say that works very well and that they don't say but does j radars not only lazer.

V1 can alert you to laser, however, by the time you're alerted by either device, it's too late. Jammers are the only effective countermeasure against laser. Period.

V1 and a 9500ix? LOL, why not put two more in there.

Both are great, both do the same shit.

I had a laser jammer ik40 and it didnt work. the v1 kept gng off nonstop i had to turn it off. google blinder. i think laser jammers work if they hit your plate but if they hit anywhere on your car it wont help
