I saw it last week and didn't think much of it. In talking with several people after the movie most felt the same way. The movie left me with an empty feeling.

This movie was AMAZING. Great action. Great Plot. very intense. very good camera work, like one of the most action packed scenes, its like 5 minutes long, and the camera doesnt cut or switch at all. very nice work.
the main actors are pretty good as well. im probably gonna see this again within the next week.

this was one of the best action/sci-fi movies with a strong premise i've seen in a long, long time. WOW!! it kept me at the edge of my seat almost the entire time and my girlfriend even screamed a few times. not because it's scary, it's just really well composed.

i agree with cdheaven. camera work was amazing. long shots are very hard to do and get right and they conquered a few good ones, that's for sure. it wasn't one of those stupid ones where camera is all over the place and shaking the entire time just to bring up anxiety in the viewer.

i have to say, however, that the premise of the story is nothing new and has already been done many, many times before. i just think they finally got it right in children of men.
