WTF? So the owner took off the 4.2 badging and put on the 3.0T badging???

Just a heads up to the OP, the Audi S5 Cabriolet comes with a 3.0T V6. Except the coupes all come with the 4.2L V8.

You are right but this is not an S, so this one is an A5 with the 2.0T I4 or 3.2 V6.

No that is an A5 w/ a 2.0, look at the side mirrors

The dead giveaway with any premium german car between the base model and higher models are the exhausts. Left side only = 2.0T.

3.2 = Similar to 335, 1 on each side.

S5 = quad

, thanks. I haven't really been that interested in the a5, I mean I'm familiar with the powertrains but not that much with the cosmetics.

You're right. It's a great engine... in a Golf GTi. Not a big car like the A5.

It was only a matter of time before Audi drivers would re-badge their cars to something more exotic. After all BMW drivers have been doing this for years.

Anyways the new S4 is afterall a new A4 3.2 replacement it should be Audi A4 3.0T just like the A6 3.0T.........anywhow.....im getting of topic.
