everywhere I read they say 440-450hp for C63, less than CLK63

in the 5th picture down, it looks like it says "E 350" on the back of the vehicle. I know the picture is blurry, but it still looks like an "E"

420-450hp is a good guess but it is still a 'guess'.
That is based on the assumption that the current 481hp upscaled CLK63 priced 40% more than the current 367hp C55. So we won't think a C63 will be priced any closer to a CLK63, and that the C63 will be detuned for marketing reason.

A different story about the future AMG engines for W204, is they will have two AMG versions , the C55 5.4 litre version boosted up from 367hp to 420hp plus the C63 6.2 litre version with 481hp , same as the CLK63.

The C and CLK share the same chasis, apart from marketing reasons, with magic from AMG engineers, the C-class chasis will have no problem to fly with the 6.2 litre 500hp engine.

What I really hope, is AMG will come up with a BiTurbo version of the C55 W204. If I am getting anything less than 480hp, I might have to go back to the the baby M3 V8.

That steering wheel is crap!

Also don't like the BMW rip-off asymetrical armrest.

But of course the current S-class also copied the BMW 7 dash.

Thanks for the information.
I am happy with 450hp for the C63 I have ordered.
Although the power is not as much as the curent CLK63's 481hp, hopefully the lighter weight of C-class will fill this gap.

the interior really blows but the outside is nicer than the is350 and g35 IMO.
