People that buy fast/sports cars in odd colors
Saw a beige Corvette once. Huh?
My co-worker brags and brags about how the 2010 or 2011 version of his Cadillac CTS (or CTS-V, not sure) beat everything Europe could throw at it. Accuracy aside for a moment, ok, it's a bad-ass car. But why in the world did you get it in burgundy, or whatever color that is? What the heck are people thinking when they buy those kinds of cars in those kinds of colors? Please discuss.

My friend had a dark coffee 911 turbo and it has really nice flakes in it.. But I think its nice because it is different... Kind of a grown man look... But ya I agree WHY???
Only colors I buy are Black, White and Sliver.... And if I was buying a exotic it would be a LOOK AT ME COLOR....

I can dig a Burgundy CTS-V, its a Caddy, and that is a nice color.
I have also seen the Porsche Metallic Brown, didn't like that so much, it looks like in belongs on a Lincoln from 1983. Car shows and parking lots would be very boring indeed if you could only have black, white, or silver. A lot of the really weird stuff that we see these days are full body wraps, which I think is kinda cool, it lets you have a little fun without ruining a car. Then when you are board with a satin black car, or pink stripes on your car just peel it off an move on. |

I personally like seeing exotics in "mundane" colors just as much as flashy colors. Case in point:

There's nothing wrong with cars in bronze colors. I actually like seeing an M6 in sepang bronze, or a 997 in macadamia.

I know a girl with a matte black Lotus Elise with an Audi pink metallic stripe down it. It actually doesnt look half bad for a girl's car.
Here is Audi's factory (European market only) metallic pink. |

I really like how the Audi TT looks from the front, 3/4 and rear, but there's honestly something wrong about the side profile, I really don't like it =(

Where are the pics of the bright blue CCRX, and the matte pink Murci SV that were spotted in Paris a couple months ago? I can't locate their pics but they were all over the internet not too long ago.
