A few good sites for those interested in/already practicing CrossFit
Thought I would share a few sites with you all (never even looked at this section of the forums before!)
Short background myself: 100% Paleo Crossfit style training (from my highest at 260lbs, 5'10...to the current 165lbs 5'10) JJ Blue Belt Train MMA from time to time as well ww.crossfit.com (of course) www.gymjones.com http://station515.blogspot.com/ http://www.livingpaleo.com/index.html Plenty of knowledge at all sites to get those interested on the right track, completely changed my life. Started level 3 paleo about 3 months ago, never felt better or been in better health. Cheers!

I would add www.robbwolf.com for paleo/nutrition resources as well.

Everyone has the time. You just have made a decision not to do it. You don't have time...you make time.

Breakfast:
Shrimp scramble with basil and steamed spinach. ¼ cup blueberries. Espresso. shrimp and blueberries but seriously that diet is pretty intuitive i think but cutting out certain spices and "nightshades" is mumbo jumbo. but hey, if it makes you feel good... |
