i'm pretty sure that's the number for billing inquiries. you're gonna have to call 2moro cause its past the calling hours. (you're just gonna get automated crap right now). I know your first instinct is to get help from your buddies at e90post, but i don't think you'll be able to find much help here. good luck with that bill |

whine to them but be nice. and mention that verizon has better rates haha. I've almost never not gotten a pro-rated next month or a discount on my current month by calling with some type of inquiry.

Why is every bodies first response to go to e90 post and ask forum members for help in matters which they would have no control over when all they have to do is a call a number. It would take less time to call that number than even create a post.

A good excuse is that you had a family emergency or a death in the family (that mainly works if you go over your minutes). Without telling us what you went over (minutes, data, text, etc.) you're not gonna get the most helpful responses.

If you received your phone bill, doesn't it also tells you about your minute usage, how many megabytes of data transmitted and how many text messages sent/received? Also the tax and surcharges incurred???
