MIR 11-20-10 rental // records falling left and right
Another fantastic rental put on my Ahmad at mbworld.
starting off in the AM   Met Adam locally for the 1.5hr drive, he's got a borrowed pair of Dinan wheels w Nitto drag radials sitting in the back seat. Shooting to be the 2nd e39 M5 in history to break into the 11's....and he's on a stock clutch  .  Cooling off  Ahmad just replaced his head gaskets w Boris last weekend, bad tune causing detonation and blown head gaskets. This time w fresh gaskets and race gas.......well you'll see.   new trap speed record on 1st pass  Z06   back again, needs a 10.58 or better for the record           Clayton w his badass SL600 w tuning, on drag radials for the 1st time      Q16 baby  Notice anything?? Boris couldnt get above mid 120traps until he figured this out.

 Donovan made it!!! he bent all 12 intake valves the night before and still got it all back together and down to MIR from NJ  I was pumped to see his new badass build hit the track I want a DI intake    Donovan trying to figure out why his car wasnt running right, took half the day to find that cam timing had jumped.     Adam shooting for 11's!! his previous 2 runs ended w a 12.2 and then a 12.08......any moment this clutch could give way.   Yes!!!!   I want this rig  droooooool  Donovan and gang taking a break and watching the action

Damn that's crazy. I wish I had the budget to crazy stuff like that.
I'm having a hard enough time finding a 325i/M3 to build as a track car lol

wow.... for once I really do not care how fast that Supra can pull on a drag strip, whoever built that car should be executed because he has officially destroyed a classic beauty. A car that goes fast with no taste is a piece of junk after all.
