So I go to Vegas alot because I have a lot of friends that likes to do their birthdays at vegas. When you go to vegas once a month, the cost starts to add up. So few years ago I had to make a decision, skip a few friends' birthdays every year or come up with ways to save money. I decided on the latter.

I actually came up with ways to save money on gas, food, hotel, gambling and almost everything that has to do with Vegas. But when all said and done I spend the most on drinks in clubs and bars in Vegas, so naturally, that's where I start. I usually go about 2 bills on average a night in a club on drinks. and now im about $50 at the most.

This is what my routine is.

First pre-game, I take about 4 shots to get started at the hotel room.

Then I carry about 2 shots worth in a water bottle mixed and drink it in line right before I get in.

and then, I carry the following things in.

Belt buckle flask, holds about 3 ozs (I get caught with this sometimes but if I do, I just pour it out they are usually cool with it)



Cellphone flask, holds about 4 ozs (I hang it on my belt and never got close to being caught with it. If they ask why I have 2 phones I tell them 1 is for work.)



Then I carry an empty cig box with small pill bottles or 1 of these filled with liquor, it holds about 3 ozs



If im going to a certain club that im familar with their searching procedure and im wearing a suit jacket, I also bring a small zip lock bag with about 5 ozs of liquor in my side pocket.

Am I a cheap ass? YES. Am I smart? YES. Is this overboard with the "savings"? Maybe. Is it worth the trouble? FUCK YES.
I also do this because between 11:30-2:30 the bar lines gets retarded busy, and not having to wait 30 mins to get a fucking drink feels fucking great.

Now I still buy drinks, because when I buy a girl a drink, it's not guna get me laid if I just buy her a drink and I pour my own from my phone. However, depending on the girl, sometimes when the line is really long and she looks like shes tired of waiting, I pour her a drink from my "phone" and they always think im a genius lol.

Are haters guna hate? on this board yes. which is why I debated whether to tell you guys my "secret", but I decided that most of you guys are cool and I really don't care if haters guna hate and Im going to share my knowledge with u.

so not counting the pregame, Im bringing in about 7-10 shots of hard on my own. and at 15 a shot with tip, I just saved myself $100-$150 per night. Which means I save about $200 per Vegas trip min. times that by 12 times a year, I save myself about $2400 a year. Thats 4 months of car payments for me. So I def think its worth it and I have the same amount of fun, so why not.

I prefer to fill mines with JW black or Jameson and I just ask for an "extra" glass of ice to have it on the rocks or get my friends that's ordering to get me a coke "chaser" to mix.

Feel free to share how you sneak alcohie into clubs. I don't really care about the "beernoculars" or the "beerbelly" cuz those are only good for sporting events, and im only interested in club gadgets.

Although I've yet to be patted down going into a club in vegas. Could probably get away with a full sized flask in the pocket. Also, last time I was in LA I would a liquor store with individual nips in soft bags. They were pretty sweet. I brought ten of them into a club one night and nobody noticed.

I'm over spending money in vegas now that I live close. Going there in a few weeks and got 2 $40 rooms at IP with 8 people. Dont plan on being in there any more than a few hours.

it's good you want to save money at clubs...the belt flask is cool...but the cell phone is a bit over the top. pre-game a bit harder next time and maintain it with a hard drink bought from the bar...done. you should be doing just FINE with 6-8 or so shots pre-game, and 2 shots waiting in line...any more than that and you are drinking a little too much IMO.

I go to clubs for one thing, pussy. I buy beer to catch a buzz but make sure I'm not to drunk to keep my focus. Don't want to start slurring when trying to talk to chicks. Most money I spend is buying a couple $5 fruity BS drinks for the females. Only buy once I have broke the ice and working on after the club.

Wow you really thought this through. I don't like to, but some of my friends bring flasks on occasion. I'm not a big drinker though. I'm not going to judge, cause if I were needing to go to Vegas on a monthly basis, I'd look for ways to save too. Cell phone flask is genius. And at 4oz, much better than any 3oz flask. You should work on maximizing your cigarette box carrying capacity. I would think you'd be able to easily fit more than 3oz in there.
