Why are retards like this allowed to own Veyrons?

This is a homemade rap video that a Veyron owner made:

I googled his name and it turns out he owns an enzo and SLR as well. Not to mention a few astons and bentlys

When I googled him I discovered he is a song writer and it has earned him nearly $100 mil. I guess the writers make more than performers.

Also, the question isn't "how do retards like this have so much money?". It was how are they allowed to own such a rare, low production, super exclusive car. this LOWERS the worth of a veyron to me. knowing this guy has one.

Dude writers make a boatload of money. They sell their songs to a company and make money off of that. THen whenever those songs get played on the radio, in a movie, etc. they get loyalty fees. What's that one writer that became a multi millionaire- some lady (forgot her name).

Yea but it seems weird because it is a well known fact that artists get FUCKED by record companies and don't make any money except for what they can get from tours. They get little to no commision whenever a recording of their song is played.

It surprises me that writers negotiate a better deal with record companies than the singers that buy the writer's song.

Artists make very little money early on. The record company essentially "loans" them the money to release and promote their 1st album. The artists will negotiate a "salary" out of the proceeds from the sales of their album, but the record company takes most of the profit to pay off the "loan". Until they can prove success with a 2nd or 3rd release the artists get screwed.

Songwriters make money on album sales, single sales, radio play, play in nightclubs and bars... pretty much whenever their song is played. Even if their song is not a hit, but is on a hit album, they get paid on the sales of the album. Songwriting is a sweet gig.

I have a friend who's a songwriter and he had a top 20 hit on the country charts last year and his 1st royalty check was $100,000!

What about the performers that write their own songs? Are you saying it is more advantageous to write music but have someone else perform it?

No, singer songwriters have the best of both worlds (making money on both sides of the business), assuming they actually sell albums.

What's wrong with him owning a Bugatti? I didn't see them doing anything stupid on the video. I guess this the most "baller" video of them all since it has the most expensive production car that I know of. I know Kelis had the Enzo in hers and tons of others display the double-R (Rolls Royce), but those are only worth $500k vs. $1,200,000 for the Veyron.

Scott Storch has written some songs. But his huge fortune has come from producing. If you watch Hulk Hogan's new show he helped make Hulk Hogan's daughters new CD.

He is a total clown and just retarded. But he has money.

In America, "retards" like him go a long way. I wish I could be "retarded" like him and have a boatload of money.
