Angel Eye Upgrade in Arizona

I have called Ultimate Autoworks in Scottsdale and a shop in Mesa and they have no knowledge or experience. I have tried to contact OSS and F1 Motorsport without success (still in business?). I like the looks of bright white rings without the headlight on for daytime running lights and would love to do this upgrade on my '08 335i xenon equipped sedan. Any help would be appreciated.
